I just wanted to send a quick note to you and let you know how extraordinarily pleased I was with my move from Nashville to Atlanta with your company. You and Merlen were fabulous on the customer service end, and Cobey (Kobe?) was the best mover I've ever had. He was courteous, professional, kind, and honest, and did the job quicker than I thought possible. The moving industry is well known as containing "scammers" and I was very wary of using a new company, but was highly impressed with Jet Mover's integrity. I actually didn't hate moving, and that's saying something! I will be using you again to move in September, and in the meantime, I will recommend your company to friends. If you know Cobey's email address, please pass this on to him, as he did an excellent job and deserves to be commended for his hard work and professionalism.

I just wanted to commend your employee Sophia. My husband and I are moving our daughter from Columbia, South Carolina to Arlington, Virginia. We looked at several moving companies before deciding to use Jet Movers, Inc. The reason we chose your company was based on the exemplary customer service we received from Sophia. Hi, all I can say is that they were wonderful, from the start to the finish. We had a mess, I was not at all prepared for what I walked in on and not only did they adapt, your Issac was supportive and comforting , and treated us all with dignity. Please give him a raise!!!

We made it safe and sound! The guys were great picking up our furniture, thank you so much for everything! I wanted to let you know that I got a new phone number, my old one is still in service but it's acting up a bit here in SC so it might be safer if the driver calls my new phone instead to schedule drop off. I would like to express my extreme pleasure and ease at doing business with you, and your company. The process of moving, as I have no doubt you are aware, is a very stressful one; especially when purchasing a new home, renting out your current residence, and working full time during all of this.

You have been extremely pleasant, non-pushy, and very accomodating through all of this. I asked you to call me back several times during the past few weeks, and you never once forgot to follow up, or were put off by my asking you to call back.

I needed to send this e-mail to you and your company to let you know how much our family thanks you for your kindness and professionalism.

Myles and I have moved many times in our lives from many places, but never has a transaction gone so smoothly or kindly from beginning to end. In this crazy world at a time when "little things" get lost in the big monetary picture...I want you to know that your company and especially the two men who handled the on site moving were absolutely wonderful!!

They were very kind and considerate, honestly, those guys were the least stressful aspect of this move renovation process my family is going through. Just a note to say Thank You to Tia and the help of Edna, for driving my choice in picking your Company for my move from Atlanta. The bids for my move ranged from 1280.00 to 1879.00. As you can see, Jet Movers was the highest bidder, but Tia made me feel you are the right choice. If my experience, thus far, is any example, you may make the stressful job of relocating my home much less stressful.

I look forward to our relationship as we head to moving date November 18, 2004.

Edna, Your company has just moved my Mother from Florida to New York and I couldn't have been happier with the move. Your representative in Florida explained everything in detail on the day of the move, so I knew exactly what to expect. Then they packed all of my Mothers things extremely well. Probably better than I would have. The drivers were top notch. It took two days for them to get to New York and they drove through one of the worst ice storms I could remember. All of the schools and many businesses were closed, but I looked out on the road and there was the Jet Movers Truck. They unpacked everything and got the house organized within 3 hours of their arrival. You can use me as a reference as I would definitely recommend you to others.

I would like to complement you on having excellent workers. James and Gene faced a difficult situation - inadequate truck space and an underestimated moving size. They remained calm, optimistic, and helpful at all times. On the first day they worked from 8 AM to 1 AM, always smiling!

We would like to express our great satisfaction with the professionalism and consideration that Roay and Zeev exhibited. This was a particularly sensitive move with some emotional undertones. To make matters more complex, the home in which my daughter and her family were living was not as accessible as I was given to believe: there were 7 children on the property and a certain amount of disorganization that was totally unexpected on my part. I was the person who orchestrated the move, but I had never been there prior to the move date!
Roy got more than he bargained for, but handled the process with finesse, humor, and tact. His professionalism and sensitivity were very welcome. As it happens, what started out as a small move became a larger move as my daughter's husband made an unexpected decision to join her in Georgia! Again, Roy and Zeev handled the additional work without a moment's hesitation. Their professionalism, concern, and honesty were always apparent. We would be pleased to recommend them to anyone considering a move or relocation and hereby request their services for the completion or this relocation.
